One platform that owns every layer of the customer lifecycle. Leads arrive via Google Places search, web forms, Facebook / Google Ads webhooks, or CRM sync (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce). AI scores them, starts SMS conversations, and escalates to AI-handled phone calls in real time when needed. Qualified leads flow into the deals pipeline. After close, customers move into the LMS for training and the white-labeled portal for ongoing support.
