How we handle your information.

The short version

Lash Digital Solutions LLC operates lashdigitalsolutions.com. We don’t track you, we don’t sell your information, we don’t set cookies. The only information we collect is what you type into the contact form, and it gets emailed straight to Jay’s inbox.

What we collect

Just the contact form: your name, email address, and the message you write. Nothing else.

We don’t ask for or store anything else. No demographic data, no tracking IDs, no fingerprinting.

How we use it

Your contact form submission is delivered to contact@lashdigitalsolutions.comso Jay can reply to your inquiry. That’s it. We don’t add you to a newsletter, we don’t pass you to anyone, and we don’t keep your submission in any database.

Who else sees it

• Resend— handles delivery of the contact-form email. They process the message in transit but don’t retain it. See Resend’s privacy policy.
• Vercel— hosts this website and runs the contact-form handler. Standard server request logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) are retained briefly for security and operational purposes. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
• Microsoft 365— Jay’s email inbox. Once delivered, your message lives there like any normal email he receives.

Analytics & cookies

We use Vercel Web Analyticsto count visits and see which pages are popular. It’s cookielessand doesn’t track individuals — it works on anonymized, aggregated data only. No advertising trackers, no Facebook pixel, no Google Analytics, no remarketing.

This site sets zero cookies. The only browser-side storage we use is your dark/light theme preference, which lives in your own browser’s localStorage and never gets sent to us.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any data we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@lashdigitalsolutions.com. Since the only thing we’d typically have is your past contact-form submission sitting in an inbox, this is usually a fast request.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we’ll update this page and bump the “Last updated” date at the top.
